Didier Ballan, piano, harmonium, composition

born in 1961. He has played, among others, Mark Turner, John Stubbelfield, Craig Bailey, Steve Lacy, Francois Jeanneau ... and many regional musicians (Alex Golino, Denis Gouzil, Carole Simon, Laurent Maur, Magali Pietri, ...) . In 2000, the first album "Munduk" with Fred Couderc, Manuel Marches and Didier Ottaviani). Today, while continuing collaborations in a traditional jazz context, Didier Ballan guard will not stay locked in one music system. By detaching specific codes of jazz, he goes to meet new territories with musicians from different musical cultures (Tibetan singer Loten, flutist and player jalopy Steev Kindwald, Iranian percussionist Pedram Khavarzamini ...) or other artistic expressions (composition for film and theater).

Christophe Maroye, guitar

he played with "The Last Report" (Linley Marthe, Roger Biwandu, Jean-Christophe Jacques, Laurent Paris and Lionel Fortin) and with Lionel Suarez, Benoit Vanderstraeten, Pierre-François Dufour, Yannick Robert, Michael Manring and Franck Agulhon . born in 1980. Member of various regional jazz formations (Alex Golino quartet, Hervé St Guirons trio, Sin Embargo ...), in 2002 she joined the "Gadjé" group with which it occurs throughout France. Jéricho Ballan, drums

Born in 1991, holds a DEM jazz student Guillaume Nouaux, he started his career very young, in 2009, with Yohann Loustalot, Alex Golino, Olivier Gatto and his father Didier Ballan. It was then found in the trio of pianist Pablo Campos and the quartet of saxophonist Paul Robert. In 2011, facing "Scenes d'été en Gironde" with Magali Pietri, Laurent Maur, Olivier Gatto and Didier Ballan. He is currently a member of the "Olivier Gatto Jazz Combo" (festival Monségur 2012), the trio of pianist Thomas Bercy, the quartet of bassist Felix Baray and Manguidem TafTaf trio ... and brings its drive, its relevance, listening skills and openness to "Didier Ballan Jazz Ensemble."

Emilie Calmé, bansuri flute

Born in 1985. After a degree in musicology, a DEM flute and chamber music and a DEM Jazz, she studied Hindustani music with Hariprasad Chaurasia in Mumbai then consolidated its training bansuri with his disciples Sameer Rao and Rajesh Ks. Patrick Lafrance, sound engineer

Musician, he has, for 25 years, because of the technical sound its core business.
